The Pacific Fleet Club is the Junior Ranks Mess for CFB Esquimalt located on Vancouver Island. The Fleet Club as it is more commonly known as, originally opened its doors on June 3rd 1976, and just recently celebrated its 37th Birthday. Currently the Fleet Club has on average 1200 members ranging from the newly graduated Ordinary Seaman (Private) to the very experienced Master Seaman (Master Corporal) and coming from various trades within the Canadian Armed Forces.
The Pacific Fleet Club has a great main lounge (The Bonaventure Room) with a large bar, stage, laser lights and sound equipment. This room is great for Wedding Receptions, Conferences, Band and DJ's and has one of the best views in the City with an Ocean view overlooking the Straights of Juan de Fuca across to Washington State U.S.A. Our large patio allows you to take in the fresh sea air while enjoying the sights. BBQ's are available upon request to the PMC. The Fleet Club Galley features a lunch menu with a Daily special. They are open from 11:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday. The lower lounge is a Members only lounge reserved for those currently serving in the CF.
