A discussion on music’s critical role in creating the right vibe for a venue.
The quality of a restaurant depends on a combination of many things...food, service, décor, and so on. But before food and drinks are even served, we tend to give restaurants our initial stamp of approval for having “a great vibe”. The goal of the perfect vibe is to create a seamless experience for customers so that every aspect of the restaurant harmoniously expresses the brand’s DNA, and engages all five of one’s key senses. Is the guest’s sense of sound being stimulated in the same way as sight, smell, taste and touch?
What many restaurateurs often overlook in the quest for a well-rounded experience is the role of music, despite it being one of the easiest and least expensive ways to enhance the vibe of any restaurant. Furthermore, a good music programme provides a host of marketing opportunities and events for the community to come together and celebrate culture through great food, drink and music.
For this Influencer Series, we invite a pool of key players within the F&B/Music sector to discuss the art of balancing musical elements to create the perfect restaurant vibe.
