Southend Parkour’s Summer Camp will be suitable be for new and existing junior students, ages 7-15 only. This will run each Tuesday from the 28th July to the 1st September 2015.
Four hours weekly of Level 2 Certified Parkour/Freerunning coaching, including but not limited to: Parkour specific warm-up, Bodyweight exercises to improve strength and endurance, Parkour technique development, Lunch-break to refeul, refocus and discuss topics with coach, Guided practice time to challenge and apply learned skills.
