The Royal British Legion will be holding it annual Remembrance Sunday event starting with the Two Minute Silence at the War Memorial at 11am (top of Central Road)
Schedule of events are as follows (times approx)
11am - Two Minute Silence at the memorial followed by the laying of wreaths and crosses.
11.10am - Parade along Central Road past the Royal British Legion led by our Standard Bearer and the Marching Band of the 24 Invicta Rifles.
11.30am - ALL are welcome into the Royal British Legion Club for refreshments. A free buffet will be arranged by the Worcester Park Womens Section.
12pm - LIVE music by the fabulous D-DAY DARLINGS which will continue across the lunchtime. There will also be an auction and a CASH raffle raising money for the poppy appeal.
This is a FREE event open to both members and non members. Donations towards the Royal British Legions Poppy Appeal are greatly welcome.
