Party: Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Fort McMurray Social Dance Club invites all 2015/2016 members and upcoming 2016/2017 members to join us for our AGM on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Our AGM will be held in the upstairs of Ms. B’s Family Restaurant located at 8550 Franklin Avenue – light refreshments will be provided.

Membership attendance at the AGM is required to keep our club active. If you attended the Sept 16 monthly dance, you are eligible for a FREE membership for the 2016/2016 dance season. To have your membership approved, you must attend the AGM on Sept 22.

Memberships are also available for purchase at the AGM for $5 (94% discount!)

The AGM agenda will include the following:
- Selection of vacant board positions (Treasurer and VP Social)
- Approval of 2016/2017 Dance Dates
- Review of Treasurer and President reports
