Christian Pronovost AKA Lost Heroes is renown by the DJ Community as the Godfather of Montreal House Music.
Behind the controls for now 30 years, (while still somehow looking like he’s in his 30s… Jerk. lol), he's known for his flawless mixes, shamanistic sonic manipulation and his cutting edge programming.

His notable contribution to the Montreal’s club scene and underground music culture is imprinted in the city’s DNA with the now mythic record store + DJ mecca: Inbeat Records (1986/2010). For over 20 years Christian Pronovost and his team provided, influenced and inspired DJs having an integral role in setting the foundation of today’s electronic music scene. Through this heavy involvement in the DJ scene, he was unavoidably involved in most of all the important nightclubs/events/afterhours in Montreal through residency, consultancy, promotion or events.

The “in-demand” music consultant + artistic director always manages to find/take time for his first love: Djing and playing out at various high profile events, private party and monthly club residency. As a true ambassador and music diplomat he shared bookings & the stage with the who’s who of the electronic music scene, many of the top DJs & artists like: Moby, Grace Jones, Bob Sinclair, Dimitri de Paris, Basement Jaxx, Josh Wink, Louie Vega, King Britt, Alex from Tokyo, Elements Of Life, DJ Gregory, Francois K, Joe Claussell, Danny Krivit, Kerri Chandler, Jeff Mills, Tony Humphries & Frankie Knuckles, to name a few...
