Embraced in communities from Tokyo to New York, Peruvian and Greek producer, singer, songwriter and DJ Sofia Kourtesis has been a staple of the world stage starting with her trans-atlantic education between Lima and Berlin. Beginning with the organization of university parties, Kourtesis began booking sought after local acts that would eventually stem into a gig booking some of Hamburg’s most renowned clubs including Prinzenbar, Docks and Große Freiheit 36. Her extensive involvement in the club scene would eventually pave the way for Kourtesis to get into the DJ booth herself.

Having honed her craft behind the decks, Kourtesis cultivated her burgeoning talent for creating her own productions. Quickly gaining the attention of the world's top tastemakers, Kourtesis found herself in high demand to perform at festivals like Melt, Dockville, Reeperbahn Festival, Play Me, Happy Ending, Good Room, Output and Boiler Room
You may have also spotted Kourtesis at one of her many performances around the globe alongside the likes of Kele Okereke, Metronomy, Gold Panda, Busy P, The Gossip, Sebastian, Kavinski, Luke Abbott, James Holden. Gold Panda even invited her to provide the vocals on his hit track ‘An English House.’ and co-produced her first EP.

Up next for Kourtesis, she’ll be embarking on a travel at Chalet Club, what she called **The Divine Comedy**.
