Swim, Bike and Run with us at TriLaois 2017. TriLaois is a pool based triathlon in Portlaoise Leisure Centre. Suitable for first timers, Athletes can choose from a Try a Tri option of 400m or a full Sprint Distance of 750m for the Swim, Cyclists then head out on a 20km fully marshalled loop around the Laois country side before completing a flat out and back 5km run finishing in the grounds of Portlaoise Leisure Centre where athletes can refuel with post race refreshments. Participants will recieve a goodie bag including a Race T-Shirt and a Medal. This popular event is always a sell out, enter early to avoid disappointment.
