Join us for some rip-roaring swing dance parties -- no dance experience or partner required! All weekend we're hosting social dances, with Saturday being the highly anticipated Harvest Moon Ball. The Harvest Moon Ball was a dance event and contest that took place in New York's Madison Square Garden in the 1930s. It was one of the biggest amateur contests in the USA, drawing thousands of spectators. As a nod to this special event we hold our own swing dance contests. They're high-energy and exciting, a blast whether you're participating or watching! It's all in good fun and with an atmosphere full of camaraderie.

SWING DANCERS: This is the time to show off your moves! Compete for fun and swagger: we have contests for ALL levels, both partnered and solo jazz. These social dances are part of a weekend dance workshop called Lindy Harvest. If you were planning to come to these dances, you can get incredible value by signing up for the workshop and learn from our amazing instructors. One of them, Chester Whitmore, is the fellow who taught Ryan Gosling and and Emma Stone how to dance in the film La La Land!
