Shannon Shotokan Karate Club is hosting JKS Ireland Chief Instructor sensei Dermot O'Keeffe 6th Dan JKS on one day technical seminar. All JKS members are welcome to attend this unique on the Mid-West Coast opportunity to train with this top class Instructor.
There will be two classes, cover Kata and Kihon in our syllabus. This chance is not to be missed if you are getting ready for your grading.
