Put into your calendar 09.05.2016 because The Spontaneous Workshops are back. We will come together again having some nice food and wines together around an interesting topic, and this time the topic is Chianti VS Chianti Classico.
Why there are two different labels for wines from Chianti? What is behind the difference created for these wines? Is it geographical? Is it political? Or is it just commercial? How different they are from each other? We will be looking for answers with a presentation and discussions.
The event will include food too, such as cold cuts, cheeses, breads, salads etc. with 4 wines to be tasted blind until the end of the event, so you can consider this event as a "dinner" also. It is a blind tasting but we might make surprises like some of the bottles might be the great wines of the Finnish winemaker Jarkko Peranen from Chianti Classico area in Tuscany!
The event price is 35€ for cellar members and 40€ for non-members. The cellar members are always informed 3 days before any event so some seats are already booked. Be quick and book your seats via email [email protected]. For registrations email is required.
