Party: ENGAGE: a BMC approach to the senses and perception

Body-Mind Centering® is an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness. Body-Mind Centering® utilizes experiential study through application of anatomical, physiological, and developmental principles in hands on practice, movement, and sound explorations. In this workshop we will investigate the anatomy and embryological origins of our organs including the lungs, heart and digestive system. This workshops is open to anyone who is curious about their body and how it moves including performers of all disciplines, choreographers, bodyworkers, athletes, people with injuries, and yogis.
