Long one of the Canadian scene’s most revered songwriters, across almost 25 years, working under his own name and the past alias Snailhouse, Feuerstack has built an underground canon of crooked and beautiful songs. THE FIRE HARVEST -
The Fire Harvest brings withheld, song-oriented music which finds it's balance somewhere in between slowcore, altcountry and post-rock. The music is like an emotional sniper who takes the time, of which at some point you'll get the full hit. The sobriety of the songs and the cool torment of the singing reminds of bands like Palace Brothers, Idaho, The For Carnation, Karate and Low.
